IPWA Netanya Havoc was a professional wrestling event promoted by Israeli Pro Wrestling Association. It took place at the David Sports Center in Netanya, Israel on February 24th, 2004. The event featured a tournament, in which IPWA Heavyweight Champion Gery Roif defended his title. He announced that, if he lost the belt at any point during the tournament, the new champion would defend the title in the following round. In addition to the tournament, a three-man elimination match also took place between Doron Degani, Guy Schlesinger, and "Big" Rabeea Zedan.
