Robert William Henderson MHK DipMgt MIMgt MIHSM RMN is the current member of the House of Keys for Douglas North, having been elected at the 1998 by election. He was born in 1961 and educated at Ballakermeen and St Ninians High School. He gained a Professional Diploma in Management from Open University and followed a career in nursing before going into politics. He is also a member of the Transport & General Workers Union and the Celtic League. In 2004 he was made a Minister by Richard Corkill before being sacked within a year by Chief Minister Donald Gelling MLC.
