Etam UK

Etam UK was a British women's clothing retailer formed by the French Etam Developpement. It traded until autumn 2005 when it and its own brand Tammy (often referred to as "Tammy Girl" by older customers) were purchased by Bhs Ltd (British Home Stores). All Tammy and Etam stores in the UK ceased trading in August 2005.

Tammy, along with a re-vamped brand image was integrated into all UK Bhs stores by late September the same year and is now a department within Bhs Limited; however the Etam name disappeared from the UK as their product ranges were so similar to that of Bhs at the time of purchase.
