Bristol Southside

Bristol Southside is a mid-rise residential development in the neighborhood of Southside in the city of Birmingham, Alabama. It is convenient to many Birmingham landmarks including the University of Alabama at Birmingham, downtown, and Five Points South. The development is comprised of 156 one and two bedroom condominiums and were available for occupancy in late 2006 and early 2007. The two building development includes frontage along 20th Street South, as well as 4th and 5th avenue. These condos, which were sold in 2005 and 2006 had initial selling points from the mid $100s to $300s.
