William James Middle School is a middle school located in
Fort Worth ,Texas .James, which covers grades 6 through 8, is a part of the
Fort Worth Independent School District . It also contains a magnet school that draws "gifted and talented" students from across the city.Motto
WJMS's current motto is "Failure is not an option. Success is the only option."

Sports
WJMS offers a wide variety of sports, ranging from 7th to 8th grade. There is girls/boys cross country, girls/boys basketball, boys football, and girls volleyball. 6th, 7th, and 8th grade offers Whiz Quiz (technically, it's not a sport, but it's still some competition) and many more challenging competitions. Whiz quiz is a competition to see which school can answer the most questions in a round with a time limit..
Strict dress code
