Big Orange Handling Company is a joint venture ground handling company majority owned by Menzies Aviation in which sole customer, budget airline easyJet, have a 26% stake in, providing them the ground services previously provided at London Luton Airport by easyJet Services Limited, a wholly owned company which provided ground handling services at Luton and Geneva Cointrin International Airport. Big Orange Handling Company was created on the 12th of January 2004.
easyJet Services Limited was created in 1999, when parent company easyJet took on the ground handling services previously provided to easyJet by Reed Aviation (now known as Aviance UK).
