- UNH Wind Symphony
The Wind Symphony is the select wind ensemble at the
University of New Hampshire , consisting of approximately 45 instrumentalists. The ensemble performs a wide range of music for winds, from small chamber ensembles to full band literature. Works generally include both classics and contemporary music in the repertoire. The Wind Symphony is conducted byAndrew Boysen , Director of Bands at theUniversity of New Hampshire .The UNH Wind Symphony follows the Eastman model of Wind Ensembles, developed by
Frederick Fennell . This sometimes requires one player on a part, but many pieces require doubling of clarinet and trumpet parts.Conductors
