Mosodeng

Mosodeng is a very popular Tripuri food item made of chillies.

"Moso" means "Chille" and "deng" is to mix by pressing. Mosodeng is mainly prepared of raw chillies mixed with dried fish called "Berama" with some main vegetable or meat.

Uahan mosodeng, pork "mosodeng", is the most popular "mosodeng" item.
