"Anatomia" is Lombard’s fifth full-length studio album. Recording was done in Studio Polskiego Radia in Poznań, Poland on 10-28 April 1985. The Album was mixed in Federal Sound Recording Studio in Loenen, Holland on 20-22 June 1985 in co-operation with Rockhouse Records. In 2000 the album was remixed and digitalized by Koch International - with an extra three songs.

Style of Music

The album is said to be atmospheric with melodic vocals. With electronic instruments dominating. Also arranged and rhythmical parts are based on electronics, more so than on previous albums. All music was composed by Grzegorz Stróżniak. This album is coherent both musically and lyrically, but this 10-song album is divided into two parts. The first five songs are sung by Małgorzata Ostrowska with a big dose of emotion and revolt, performed energetically (for example "Mam Dość"! ("I have enough")). The next five songs (lyrics done by J. Skubikowski) are sung by Grzegorz Stróżniak. Those compositions are gentler and have more warmth. Stróżniak is singing them with his own passion and intent, especially the sentimental and touching composition "Anka". This album has depth and feeling. All lyrics are composed on desire and search for feeling, because this album, unlike previous and later ones, is full of expression about what humans dream. The music is a little deliberate and rather calm, but notwithstanding everything it is still rocking. Music for the songs include keyboards, many voice effects and guitars. The whole thing contains consummate choruses, exclamations and vocalizations. The album is considered to have a positive feel (this album was also released in an English version and sold outside of Poland). A big radio hit was "Gołębi puch" which played for many years. "Kryształowa" was also a big hit.
