The Catholic Times

The Catholic Times is the official publication of the Roman Catholic Diocese of La Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Published bi-weekly, the newspaper has 35,000 subscribers, most of whom live within the 19 Wisconsin counties that comprise the diocese.

The newspaper connects local Catholics with international, national and local news of Catholic interest, in addition to providing commentary on religion and other issues important to Catholics. Most importantly, the paper publishes Bishop Jerome E. Listecki's column, and official diocesan decrees.

For much of its international and national news, the paper relies on the Catholic News Service.

Dan Rossini has served as editor of The Catholic Times since 2003, while Franz Klein has been the staff writer since 2006.

"The Catholic Times" is also the name of a publication by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus in Columbus, Ohio.
