Metropop Song Festival

The Metropop Song Festival (Formerly Metro Manila Popular Song Festival) is an annual Philippine music festival which ran from 1977 to 1985, before being relaunched in 1996. An associated competition, the Metropop Star Search, was launched in 1997. The festival's relaunch was broadcast on GMA Network.
