Eulogio "Frankie" De La Cruz Martinez (born March 12, 1984 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) is a pitcher in the Florida Marlins organization.

In by|2006, he went 5-6 with a 3.43 ERA with the Erie SeaWolves and 0-0 in 2.1 innings with an 11.57 ERA with the Toledo Mud Hens.

De La Cruz has admitted that his nickname "Frankie" is the result of those who are unable to pronounce his first name correctly. This includes teammates, radio broadcasters Jim Price and Dan Dickerson, as well as Fox Sports Detroit broadcasters Mario Impemba and Rod Allen.

On December 5, by|2007, the Tigers traded Cruz, Andrew Miller, Cameron Maybin, Mike Rabelo, Dallas Trahern, and Burke Badenhop to the Florida Marlins for Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera.cite web
