Vinod Chandra Pande

Vinod Chandra Pande (1932 – February 7, 2005) was governor of Bihar (1999-2003), Jharkhand (briefly during 2002) and Arunachal Pradesh (2003-04). He was cabinet secretary, Government of India in 1990 under prime minister V.P. Singh. He died on February 7, 2005 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh two months after leaving the governorship of Arunachal Pradesh.
