This film is the story of teenagers who have become too unruly for their parents to handle. Some are leading lives of drug addiction, prostitution and theft. The parents have contacted a "boot camp" who promise to turn the child around. People are sent out to collect each child individually. The boot camp is on a remote island in fiji, there are no walls stopping the teenagers from leaving...only the sea. On arriving at the camp the teenagers had sensored cuffs put around their ankles, this means that should they try and escape then security will be alerted. The camp is run by a man called Dr hail. He makes the teenagers work constantly doing things cleaning, growing plants and even rebuilding the camp when it was damaged in a storm. The whole camp wears colour coded t-shirts, the new arrivals are given black t-shirts, then they progress to yellow t-shirts and then finally to white when the teens have been "corrected" the teenagers worthy of white t-shirts do not do work, they become staff, they abuse the other inmates and monitor the work they do. Among the staff is an ex-army recruit, he is very tough towards the inmates, even making deals with the girls in exchange for sex. It turns out that what their parents believe is a state-of-the-art deluxe institution in a beautiful natural environment turns out to be a prison-like boot camp where they are abused and brainwashed by their environment.
