Carlos César dos Santos (born 3 December 1980 in São Paulo, Brazil), better known as Césinha, is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays for Rapid Bucuresti. He is a forward who's game is not about tricks but speed. Césinha won the Youth Championships with Brazil in 2001 in Peru.
