Edwin Skinner

Edwin Skinner

Edwin Skinner (born 15 October,1940) was a Trinidadian athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.

He competed for Trinidad and Tobago in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in the 4 x 400 metre relay where he won the bronze medal with his team mates Kenneth Bernard, Edwin Roberts and Wendell Mottley.There is a park in San Fernando,(main city in the southern part of Trinidad) named after him, Skinner's Park. Skinner's Park hosts most of the carnival and fete activities for the southern part of Trindad.
