Niger ien politician. She is currently serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and has been in that position since 1999, with an interruption from 2000 to 2001.In the first government of Prime Minister
Hama Amadou , named onFebruary 25 1995 , Mindaoudou was Minister of Social Development, Population and the Promotion of Women. After another coup in April 1999, Mindaoudou was named Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Integration onApril 16 1999 under the transitional military regime ofDaouda Malam Wanké . She has remained Foreign Minister since then.
