Edmund Hartmann

Edmund Hartmann

Edmund Hartmann (September 24, 1911 – November 28, 2003) was a television writer and producer during the 1930s, 40s, 50s and 60s. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Washington University in St. Louis. He later married and had one child (Susan Hartmann). He worked with numerous big time actors including Bob Hope. He was a great grandfather to six kids and a grandfather to three. He died in his sleep in his long time home of Santa Fe. He gave away the rights to nearly everything he did.
