Edmund Hartmann (
September 24 ,1911 –November 28 ,2003 ) was a television writer and producer during the 1930s, 40s, 50s and 60s. He was born in St. Louis,Missouri . He attendedWashington University in St. Louis . He later married and had one child (Susan Hartmann). He worked with numerous big time actors includingBob Hope . He was a great grandfather to six kids and a grandfather to three. He died in his sleep in his long time home of Santa Fe. He gave away the rights to nearly everything he did.Works
