"The Werewolf" is a 1956 horror film.

Plot summary

A man finds himself lost in a remote village called Mountaincrest. His mind is clouded, but when he learns that two scientists injected him with a special serum containing irradiated wolf's blood when he was suffering from amnesia after being in a car accident . The wolf's blood, for unknown reasons, changed the previously gentleman Duncan Marsh (Steven Ritch) into a vicious, bloodthirsty werewolf!

This film was possibly the first science fiction werewolf in film made.

Much of the movie was shot in Big_Bear,_California.
