Sura Tarawih

Sura Tarawih

Sura Tarawih is the term used to describe any sura in the Quran. This term is most often used in the month of Ramadan, while reciting the Tarawih prayers. After the entire Quran is recited (usually near the end of Ramadan), then Sura Tarawih is recited (meaning that any sura from the Quran is recited by the Imam during prayer).

It should be noted that while reciting "suar" in salat (Islamic prayer), they have to be in order that they are in the Quran.
