nihongo|Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc.|阪急阪神ホールディングス株式会社|Hankyū Hanshin Hōrudingusu Kabushiki-gaisha (tyo|9042) is a stockholding company which owns Hankyu Corporation, Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd. and affiliate companies.

On October 1, 2006, nihongo|Hankyu Holdings, Inc.|阪急ホールディングス株式会社|Hankyū Hōrudingusu Kabushiki-gaisha, the holding company of nihongo|Hankyu Corporation Group|阪急電鉄グループ|Hankyū Dentetsu Gurūpu, changed its name to the present corporate name. On the same day Hankyu Corporation Group was renamed nihongo|Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group|阪急阪神ホールディングスグループ|Hankyū Hanshin Hōrudingusu Gurūpu , and nihongo|Hankyu Toho Group|阪急東宝グループ|Hankyū Tōhō Gurūpu renamed nihongo|Hankyu Hanshin Toho Group|阪急阪神東宝グループ| Hankyū Hanshin Tōhō Gurūpu.
