It grows to 1.6 m long.The whiskery shark is common on rock bottom, seaweed and kelp beds, feeding on
octopuses ,squid , bony fishes,lobster s,peanut worm s and seagrass. Its flesh is marketed fresh for human consumption.Reproduction is
