Centertelecom (RTS|ESMO) is a fixed-wire telecommunications service provider and Internet service provider (ISP) in Russia. It is currently ranked 5th among telecom companies in Russia, after Rostelecom, MTS, Vympelcom and MegaFon. A majority of Centertelecom's stock is held by the Svyazinvest Holding Company.
