The canton of Fruges is a canton situated in the Pas-de-Calais département and in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France.

Geography

An area of small valleys and plateaux, comprising mostly of farmland, with the town of Fruges in the arrondissement of Montreuil-sur-Mer at its centre. The altitude varies from 35m (Lebiez) to 197m (Rimboval).with an average altitude of 103m.
