Henryk Reyman

Henryk Tomasz Reyman (July 28, 1897 in Kraków – April 11, 1963 in Kraków) was a soccer forward player, sports official, and military officer. He fought in World War I (in the Austrian Army), then in the Polish Army in Polish-Soviet War, and also participated in the Silesian Uprisings.

Soccer career

In the years 1910-1933 Reyman played for Wisła Kraków, in 1927-1933 scoring 109 goals. Among his successes, there are:
* Twice championship of Poland, with Wisła (1927, 1928),
* Twice top-scorer of Polish Soccer League - in 1927 (37 goals) and 1928 (30 goals),
* Twelve games in Polish National Team,
* Captain of the National Team at 1924 Olympic Games in Paris,
* One of streets in Kraków is named after him.
* The rebuilt Wisła Kraków stadium (reserve arena of Euro 2012) is named for him.
