Henryk Tomasz Reyman (
July 28 ,1897 inKraków –April 11 ,1963 in Kraków) was asoccer forward player, sports official, and military officer. He fought inWorld War I (in the Austrian Army), then in thePolish Army inPolish-Soviet War , and also participated in theSilesian Uprisings .Soccer career
In the years 1910-1933 Reyman played for
Wisła Kraków , in 1927-1933 scoring 109 goals. Among his successes, there are:
* Twice championship of Poland, with Wisła (1927, 1928),
* Twice top-scorer of Polish Soccer League - in 1927 (37 goals) and 1928 (30 goals),
* Twelve games in Polish National Team,
* Captain of the National Team at 1924 Olympic Games inParis ,
* One of streets in Kraków is named after him.
* The rebuilt Wisła Kraków stadium (reserve arena ofEuro 2012 ) is named for him.References
