"You're the One" is the title of a number-one R&B single by group SWV. The 1996 hit song spent one week at number-one on the US R&B chart. Making it the third SWV song to hit #1 on the R&B charts. The hit song also was also a huge cross-over success. Due to its high sales (along with sufficient airplay) the single debuted at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming its peak position. The single was later certified Gold, by the RIAA.
