Captain Kiem Do was the former deputy chief of staff for operations in the
Republic of Vietnam Navy .He served with
United States Navy advisorRichard Armitage and stated that he "seemed drawn like a 'moth to flame' to the hotspots of the naval war: bedding down on the ground with Vietnamesecommando s, sharing theirration s andhot sauce , telling jokes in flawless Vietnamese." Battle of Hoang Sa between China.Prior to the

political asylum to the United States and lives in exile inGretna ,Louisiana and he worked for twenty years as a cost engineer for a Louisiana utility company.References
