Juilão Mateus Paulo is an Angolan politician, General Secretary of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola - Workers' Party (MPLA-PT). He is widely known by his wartime "nom de guerre", 'Dino Matros'. [http://www.tricontinental.cubaweb.cu/solidaridad/texto94.html]

Paulo was the fourth candidate on the MPLA's national list in the September 2008 parliamentary election.
