Western Australia .It grows up to 2 metres in height and has yellow and green axillary flower clusters which are followed by woody seed capsules that are 2 to 3 cm long and about 1.5 cm wide. The prickly leaves are 2.5 to 12 cm long and 0.2 to 0.8 cm wide.
