Elektra (smartcard)

ELEKTRA is a planned smartcard-based fare payment system to be introduced in Budapest, Hungary, sometime in the near future. ELEKTRA stands for "elektronikus chipkártya rendszer" in Hungarian, which means "electronic chip-card system".
