Treesong

The word Treesong can refer to:

*the sound of wind moving through the leaves and branches of one or more trees. Depending on the character of the tree(s), the wind, the season, any precipitation, and other environmental factors, the sound of this treesong can vary widely. Whether the sound is a gentle spring rustling or a mournful winter howl, this sound is referred to as a treesong.

*the metaphorical reference to the spirit(s) of the tree(s), or a meeting place between the elements of air and earth or spirit and earth.

*a proper name with the same meanings as the word.

* John Williams has composed a concerto titled "TreeSong", released on an album by the same name.
