Freshness Burger is a fast food restaurant from Japan. Founded in 1992, it sells hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, and coffee drinks. It presently operates 189 locations in Japan as well as 20 in South Korea .

Freshness Burger opened its first shop in Hong Kong on the Tsim Sha Tsui public pier, behind the Hong Kong Museum of Art.
