History
iLight was launched in 2001, having been created by David H. Kerr and Andrew Glossop. iLight Ltd, along with Zero 88 Lighting Ltd, was acquired by Polaron plc in September 2004. Polaron plc was acquired by Cooper Controls (UK) Ltd, a subsidiary of
Cooper Industries Ltd. (NYSE:CBE), March 2007.Network
