Faggan Singh Kulaste (born 18 May, 1959) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Mandla constituency of Madhya Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) political party. He was minister of state in Vajpayee ministry from 1999.
