The Le Boeuf Brothers are a
jazz duo based inNew York City . Pascal and Remy were born in the
California Bay Area where they grew up listening to the sounds ofCharles Mingus ,Dave Holland , andDanilo Perez . They began to study music, and at 18 moved toNew York to play gigs and study withKenny Barron andDick Oatts .In their short musical career, the Le Boeuf brothers have garnered an impressive tally of over twenty national and international awards and accomplishmentsFact|date=February 2007, the most notable being the ASCAP/IAJE Commission honoring

The Le Boeuf Brothers latest CD, "Migration" features eight original compositions. Pascal says:
"Migration is a mirror reflecting both the experiences and the people we’ve encountered over the last few years in California, and foreshadowing Remy’s and my migration to New York.
