French ironclad Colbert

The "Colbert" was an armoured frigate of the French Navy, named in honour of Jean Baptiste Colbert.

She took part in the invasion of Tunisia, notably shelling and landing troops in Sfax on the 15 July 1881. From 1895 on, she was used as floating bararcks, before being scrapped in 1910.
