Mongo is a graphics program written in FORTRAN by John L. Tonry. It is copyrighted software, but it is free for use and distribution, under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
According to the MONGO User's Guide, it is "designed to produce high quality graphics output with a minimum of effort" and can be used interactively, as an interpreter called by other software, or as direct subroutine calls in other software.
It is also a term that refers to a mix between a chocolate labrador and a tuna. Also referred to as a "tuna dog."
