Andrice Arp (born 1969 in
Los Angeles ) is a U.S.comics artist and illustrator. She authors a regular mini-comic called "Hi-Horse", collected as "Hi-Horse Omnibus" in 2004 by Alternative Comics. Arp also contributes to comics anthology "Mome".
