Flint inNorth Wales , who committed suicide by jumping in front of a train. As the song suggests, the boy's picture was on the frontpage of the local newspaper the following day. The boy was acquainted with band memberKelly Jones , and thus the lead singer felt a tribute to him was necessary.The song was given a Q Classic Song Award at the
