The Battle of Idano the Battle of Idano was a battle during the Sengoku period (16th century) of Japan.

Following the murder of Matsudaira leader Kiyoyasu (grandfather of the famed Tokugawa Ieyasu) by the hands of the rebel commander Abe Masatoyo, the Matsudaira would lead to battle. Seven days after the murder, the forces of Matsudaira set out to take revenge against the rebel Masatoyo and his army. In the end of this battle however, the Matsudaira would gain a victory.
