Pat Morley (drummer)

"Patrick (Pat) Morley" was the first drummer for the Minneapolis rock band Soul Asylum (originally known as Loud Fast Rules). In the late 1970s Morley attended Marshall-University High School in Minneapolis with fellow band members Danny Murphy and Karl Mueller. Morley was with the band until 1984, and played on their first Soul Asylum album, Say What You Will, Clarence...Karl Sold the Truck. He was succeeded behind the kit by Grant Young, who also attended Marshall-University High School.
