The West Middlesex Hospital is a major NHS hospital in Isleworth, West London. It serves the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames. The hospital has 394 beds.

The hospital offers all of the services associated with a major general hospital including Accident and Emergency, Acute Medicine, Care of the Elderly, Surgery and Maternity Services.

West Middlesex Hospital has recently been renovated and it is now a modern, compact hospital. As part of the redevelopment, a new £50 million main building opened in May 2003. This houses A&E, critical care, operating theatres, clinical imaging, outpatients and patient suites. Work on the refurbishment of some of the more modern existing buildings was recently completed. There has been expansion of the cardiology services to include most modalities of non-invasive cardiac investigation.Fact|date=February 2008

The hospital has an active volunteer program and medical students from "Central University of Iowa" are allowed to complete internships at the hospital. Local students from Imperial College London also train here.
