State Route 667 is a secondary state highway in Wythe County, Virginia, United States. It runs along Old Stage Road, an old alignment of what is now U.S. Route 11 between northeast of Rural Retreat and Wytheville.

The part of SR 667 east of the U.S. fish hatchery at SR 654 (Berea Road) was added to the state highway system in 1928 as State Route 114. [CTB minutes|08-1928-02, page 14] It was renumbered State Route 89 in the 1933 renumbering, and was transferred to the secondary system in 1938 by request of Wythe County.
