The Jigawa ethanol program is a program to produce
ethanol from agricultural products inJigawa ,Nigeria . The ethanol programme was initiated by the Nigerian President,Olusegun Obasanjo , to processsugarcane intobiofuel . Besides sugarcane, the Nigerian Government plans to start processingcassava as well.References
