Elizabeth Claire Carty is a beauty queen from High Point, North Carolina who has competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant.

Carty won the Miss North Carolina Teen USA pageant in late 2003 and represented North Carolina in the nationally televised pageant held in Palm Springs, California in August 2004. She failed to place in the pageant, which was won by fellow RPM Productions titleholder Shelley Hennig of Louisiana.

In 2005 Carty won the Miss North Carolina United States Teen pageant followed by the national Miss United States Teen title.
