The company's flagship product is known as Progress.
Progress 1.0 was an MS DOS product developed, using
Borland C++, and was released in 1991. The first version of Progress designed for Microsoft Windows was released in 1996, was known as Progress 3.0, ran on Windows 3.1 and was developed using Borland Delphi.In 1998 Progress 3.5 was released - this was designed for 32bit versions of Windows and used MS SQL Server as it database engine.
In 2002 Progress 4.0 was released - this version of the product used Microsoft .Net technology.
In 2006 ProgressCRM was launched - this version offers web service and browser interfaces in addition to a Windows interface In addition to Progress Fisk Brett offer a product called Helplinepro which is used to manage helplines and call centres.
A important design feature of Progress is its ability to work with screen reading software - this allows blind and visually impaired people to use the software - this work was undertaken with
