Dust N' Bones is the second song on the Guns N' Roses album Use Your Illusion I. It is sung by rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, though vocalist Axl Rose's voice can be heard double-tracking the vocals. It also appeared on the live compilation Live Era, on which it was sung solely by Stradlin. The song was only performed live while Stradlin was still with the band.

Trivia

* In several interviews, Axl Rose stated that Izzy wasn't committed to working on the Use Your Illusion Albums, and that it was like pulling teeth even to get him to work on his own songs. Once Izzy had them on a 4-track, he was done. As such, this song almost didn't come to be.
* The lyric "He left it out back on the highway / On '65'" is most likely a reference to Interstate 65, a north-south highway which runs directly through Stradlin's hometown of Lafayette, Indiana.
