During "Top Model"

During the show questions were raised of her wanting to be a model, when most of her fellow models told Lisa Snowdon that she wanted to be a police officer. Lianna stated that it was to be her back-up plan if she didn't win or make it in the modeling world. The challenge Lianna faced was how to handle criticisms. She would often cry and become upset from receiving negative criticisms from either the judges or her fellow models. Lianna was in the bottom two at least three times, the most of cycle two, but was saved every time because of the judges love of her unique face. Lianna won, thus winnning a contract with Models 1 in London, a campaign for the new Ford Fiesta car, and a 6-page fashion spread, as well as gracing the front cover of "Company Magazine" for the November issue in 2006.

After "Top Model"

Fowler has signed with Ford Models Europe in Paris, France, and Seeds. Management in Berlin, Germany. She has been signed to more international modeling agencies than any other winner or contestant of "BNTM".Fact|date=October 2008

She appeared on the April 2007 cover of "Ryanair Magazine", which included a fashion spread.Fowler has been tipped as being one of Britain's biggest model in coming years and be the new Twiggy.Fact|date=October 2008

Fowler has also appeared in an editorial for the September 2008 issue of Vogue Russia, making her the first "BNTM" winner to appear in a Vogue magazine.

She has also appeared in the october 2008 BRITISH Vogue on a single page vogue promotion (Get Shirty).
