Little Bill's Giggle Coaster, formerly known as Top Cat's Taxi Jam, and Scooby Zoom, is a junior roller coaster at Kings Island, remodeled in 2006 to reflect its new theme as part of the Nick Universe. It was originally installed in 1992, by the Miler Company. It takes guests (mostly small children) up a small hill and then circles around and goes up the chain again. This three hill coaster has a camera on the ride so you can get pictures of your children on the ride.
