Östgöta Correspondenten (Corren) is a daily newspaper in Sweden. It is published in Linköping and has a circulation of about 60 000 copies every day. The stated position of the editorial page is liberal conservative. Östgöta Correspondenten was first published in 1838. Corren was controlled by the Ridderstad family for 168 years, but was sold to NT (Norrköpings Tidningar) in 2008 for SEK 700 million.[1]
